All deposits and payments are the responsiblity of the client , if the client would like the coordinator to handle the dispersment of deposits and payments, arrangments can be made. (Depending on the package a deposit will range from $500.00 - $1000.00 non-refundable to book the date, the remainder is due two weeks prior to the event.)
